Catherine Isaac

Executive Director

Therapist • Life & Mind Coach

Catherine Isaac is the Executive Director of Catherine Consulting & Wellness and one of the principal coaches supporting CCW clients. She holds a Master's degree from a respected European university and brings a thoughtful, human-centred perspective to emotional wellness, personal development, relationships and life direction.

Catherine's work is deeply informed by the belief that many people are carrying questions they have never had the opportunity to explore properly. Her conversations focus on helping clients slow down, recognise patterns, understand their choices and develop greater clarity around the direction they want their lives and relationships to take.

Her approach is warm, direct, reflective and practical. She believes being heard is important—but understanding what to do with what you discover is equally important.
